Shipping policy

 

Delivery Timeframes

SUNOVIAA makes every effort to prepare and hand over orders to the carrier within an average of one (1) to three (3) business days from the day after the customer’s order is confirmed.

Products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address provided within an estimated timeframe of:

  • 4 to 8 business days for mainland United Kingdom (except during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

  • 4 to 8 business days for other European countries.

  • 4 to 8 business days for countries outside of Europe.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons related to the delivery location. SUNOVIAA declines all responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, including loss of parcels or strikes.

To track their order, the customer must click the link sent by email once the order has shipped, then click the tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email.

If a product becomes unavailable, SUNOVIAA will inform the customer as soon as possible so they may be refunded promptly and no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

If a longer delivery time is expected, we will inform SUNOVIAA the customer as soon as possible by any means, allowing them to choose whether to maintain, modify, or cancel their order (in full or in part).

SUNOVIAA cannot be held liable for any consequences linked to events beyond its control, including force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may delay or prevent delivery as defined in the General Terms of Sale.

If the initial delivery timeframe is exceeded by more than 14 days, the customer may cancel their order by sending an email to: help@mysunoviaa.com.

SUNOVIAA reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees proper dispatch of products.


Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, SUNOVIAA reserves the right to charge additional reshipping fees.

If the parcel is returned a second time, it will not be resent to the customer.
The full amount of the order, including any additional shipping fees, will remain due to SUNOVIAA.


Countries Served

Delivery is available in mainland France, throughout the European Union, and internationally, depending on the customer’s choice.


Delivery Inspection

SUNOVIAA guarantees the conformity of delivered products with the essential characteristics described on the website and intended exclusively for household use (ear hygiene).

These products do not replace medical consultation. In case of pain, infection, or uncertainty, customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional (ENT specialist).

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, SUNOVIAA reserves the right to refuse future orders.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are billed according to the rate applicable on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery location and the method selected by the customer.

The customer acknowledges and accepts these terms before final order validation.

SUNOVIAA is not responsible for taxes, customs duties, or any additional charges applied by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any local restrictions, taxes, or fees.
SUNOVIAA will not be held liable for such costs.

For international orders: if the parcel is delivered to the destination country but the customer refuses the parcel or no delivery attempt is successful,
SUNOVIAA reserves the right to abandon the parcel and no refund will be issued.
