Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
In the case of a confirmed defect or dissatisfaction under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, a refund may be granted without the obligation to return the product.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our customer service.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the returned item and informing you whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Refunds are issued in full, including original shipping costs.

Sale or Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are also covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Defective Products
We replace any defective or damaged item.
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the product or defective part. No refund will be issued in this case.
To start the process, please contact us at help@mysunoviaa.com, providing your order number, contact details, and a photo or video showing the defect.
Legal Warranty
In accordance with European regulations, all SUNOVIAA products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and compliance issues resulting in malfunction under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, lack of maintenance, or negligence
Unauthorized repairs, interventions, or modifications
Normal wear and tear of components
If a defect is covered by the legal warranty, we will replace the product or the affected part free of charge.
